Brendon is a highly motivated and determined, entrepreneur and all-rounded individual, who has passion for life and real estate.  After receiving sponsorship to study a BA in Theology at the world renowned Oral Roberts University in the US, he in exchange worked part-time with a property management company located in the Royal London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.  It was during this period of exposure to the world of properties, that he had discovered the passion for Real Estate. These foundational years have enabled Brendon in his later years to open his very own Estate Agency in Cardiff whilst being employed as a Charity Director, and assisting others who had similar dreams of opening businesses.

After his BA in Theology, Brendon has also advanced in the field of academia, achieving two further Masters Degrees. Thus Brendon opened the Cardiff City Church Charity Shops, The Filipino Food Express and Sower Media- a publishing company with more than ten titles in circulation. It is for this reason that Brendon has chosen to apply to the College of Estate Management to further his knowledge across the profession, benefiting his career, and being able to practically use the knowledge for a more professional and thereby providing an excellent service to his clientele. Brendon is highly motivated with a proven ability to develop people and make the best of all aspects of his circumstances to become purposeful towards fulfilling his dreams. Brendon has served within the Charity sector for almost ten years. This has given him much scope into people management, communications, networking, the attitude to always be learning and the use of strategic forecasting; whether it is budgeting or marketing.
